Concrete is an enterprise retail management platform that allows companies to manage their stores, people and teams from one cloud based system. The team and I redesigned their bespoke SaaS platform from the ground up with an aim of giving users a clean and welcoming UI design that matches the brand and their principles.

Launched over 13 months we worked closely with not only the product team and developers but also our end users to gather their needs, pain points and wishes. We ran workshops and user feedback sessions to really hone in on the users requirements to delivery a seamless and intuitive user experience.
